Free US shipping for orders over $50

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and 2-7 business days for US shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

All our products are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. If your purchase was damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund products if photographic proof of damage is submitted to oldhauntcreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

While used candles cannot be returned or refunded, you may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns and shipping of exchanged items.
